About Glacier by Sylvester

A glacier is a huge mass of ice that moves slowly over land. The term “glacier” comes from the French word glace (glah-SAY), which means ice.


After graduated from culinary and running family business for the past 10 years. Sylvester decided to pursuit his dream of making dessert and ice cream.

Therefore Glacier by Sylvester was formed by his passion for dessert and Ice Cream and wanting to create happy memories. 

​

Our goal is to create a great dessert and Ice Cream that is made fresh locally, by only using fine and natural ingredients with no artificial coloring or flavoring.
